Facilities Overview
DataBank headquartered in Downtown Dallas, TX currently has 3 data center property locations in the central cooridor of the United States. Two are located in the technology concentrated business areas of the DFW Metroplex, and the third is in South Minneapolis, MN.
Downtown Dallas
Our Downtown Dallas location is on three acres in the heart of the central business district, only minutes from major offices, hotels, restaurants and a bustling retail venue. The facility is also conveniently served by Dart's light rail system. The property is fully equiped to house environmentally sensitive communications equipment, mission critical data center operations, and business enterprises that find it advantageous to locate within a high-security, state-of-the-art venue. The seven-story building was originally completed to house the United States Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. In 2000, an expert telecom development team carefully renovated the building, taking advantage of its inherent security features to create the ideal real estate solution for the technology industry. The building offers maximum connectivity, a robust, redundant power supply and approximately 300,000 rentable square feet ideally suited for telecom, enterprise data centers, disaster recovery, back-office operations and traditional office use.
North Dallas
Our North Dallas facility is in the Northeast Metroplex suburb of Richardson, TX. The area is well known as a major technology corridor and boasts a number of the prominent companies. The facility is a standalone, purpose-built 50,000 square foot building with a dedicated power station serving only our facility and the other tenants in the surrounding business park. Our property is over 3 acres and features perimeter fencing which encompasses all facility parking, loading docks, and entrances.
South Minneapolis
Our newly acquired South Minneapolis Data Center is located in the suburb of Edina, MN. The property came to DataBank through the acquisition of VeriSpace in March of 2013. The site houses many prominent local and statewide businesses in the business-friendly location and features on-site security staff 24/7/365.
