Our Orangeburg Campus is located 30 miles north of New York City with convenient access to major highways and airports and is adjacent to many other financial data centers.
This 34-acre campus is home to LGA3 and has room for an additional data center facility as well. The Campus is served by an existing utility-owned substation providing 30MW of power (expandable to 45MW). In addition, there is room for a second DataBank-owned substation capable of delivering an additional 45MW of power. The campus is also tethered to DataBank’s major carrier hotel locations at 111 8th Avenue and 60 Hudson in Manhattan as well as 165 Halsey St in Newark, NJ.
