Thanks to the support of our investors—DigitalBridge, Swiss Life, and AustralianSuper—we’re setting aside a portion of DataBank’s future value into a dedicated employee ownership pool. Eligible employees may be eligible to receive a one-time payout equivalent to 6 to 12 months of compensation, contingent upon company performance and exit conditions.
