DataBank’s Plano data center campus is situated within 20-30 minutes of most other DataBank Dallas colocation facilities. Our 16-acre campus is home to our flagship DFW3 data center and DFW8, a 126,000 square foot expansion. It is powered by dual feeds from an off-site Oncor substation totaling 40MW of power and provides valuable metro connectivity to our other Dallas data centers.
DataBank’s 292-acre Red Oak data center campus will have eight, 2-story data centers, each of which will offer 200,000 square feet of data center space. The Phase 1 design of the site will feature 4 buildings and a 400MW sub-station that can deliver up to 300MW of critical IT power with ability to increase this in Phase 2 for a total of 480MW across all 8 buildings.
