DataBank Debuts the Grand Opening of its SLC6 Granite Point data center campus.

DataBank invites you to the grand opening ceremony of our sixth state-of-the-art Salt Lake Data Center— SL6 – Granite Point. Experience our Data Center Evolved™ model by taking a tour of our new facility.
We’re excited to open this 100,000 sq. ft. data center—the fifth colocation facility on our Granite Point Campus and our sixth in Salt Lake City. SL6 offers 11MW of power today with ample raised flooring, access to multiple carriers, and a 66MW sub-station providing additional capacity.
Located between downtown Salt Lake City and Utah’s “Silicon Slopes,” the Granite Point Campus is ideal for West Coast workloads requiring a stable and scalable location. The campus features a substation with redundant transformers in an N+1 configuration along with diverse A/B power feeds from Rocky Mountain Power for reliable, low-cost, and scalable power for compute-intensive workloads.
The SL6 grand opening ceremony features appearances by the DataBank leadership team, community leaders, and DataBank partners. Complimentary refreshments, gifts, and more will be available for guests to enjoy.
