In Atlanta, the company is adding more than 22,000 square feet of space to its ATL3 facility, with construction expected to complete in the second quarter of 2022. This expansion will increase the site’s total raised floor to 72,000 square feet and IT capacity from 1.5 MW to 6 MW, addressing strong leasing activity that increased nearly 92% in the first half of 2021. Industry sectors such as healthcare IT, fintech, logistics, and manufacturing are fueling this growth, and Atlanta’s emergence as a major internet hub underscores its strategic importance.
