DataBank, focused on colocation and edge computing, is expanding existing campuses in Atlanta and Dallas to meet strong leasing demand. In Atlanta, the company is adding more than 22,000 square feet of data center space at its ATL3 facility, increasing IT capacity from 1.5 MW to 6 MW and raising total raised floor space to 72,000 sq ft. Our expansion of the DFW3 data center in Plano, TX will offer an additional 34,500 square feet of raised flooring and 4.5 megawatts of critical IT power. The total build-out will be 72,000 sq. ft. and 13.5 megawatts of critical IT power when completed.
