DataBank is now a full forty-five (45) days into the enactment of our Continuity of Operations Plan (CoOP) and response to COVID-19. As the country and the world plods through this new “normal,” DataBank remains fully operational, moving forward, and continues to serve our customers with no degradation of services.
DataBank’s DFW3 Plano data center anchors our campus in Plano TX. This Uptime Certified Tier III data center offers network availability to multiple dark fiber providers and houses nodes for all DataBank’s cloud services including Enterprise Cloud, FedRAMP Cloud, SAN and Object Storage, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Storage as a Service, and Disaster Recovery as a Service.

As a DataBank Dallas 1 (DFW1 – 400 S Akard St) or Dallas 2 (DFW2 – Richardson) we need to make you aware of some changes that are occurring at these two facilities in response to COVID-19. Other DataBank facilities are operating without changes.
