DataBank Completing $4 Million Minneapolis Data Center Upgrade

Includes Power and Cooling Infrastructure and Data Center Expansion as well as Enhanced Customer and Technical Areas

Dallas – November 13, 2013 – DataBank, Ltd., a leading custom data center and multi-tenant colocation provider with facilities in Texas and Minnesota, has released details on the company’s $4 million upgrade of their Minneapolis data center. The data center, part of DataBank’s March 2013 acquisition of VeriSpace, will now encompass more than 18,000 square feet of customer datacenter space. DataBank also developed new resources for customer use which include conference rooms, lounge areas and technical equipment staging facilities.

“DataBank’s entrance into Minneapolis through acquisition has put us in a great position to facilitate growth in the market,” said Tim Moore, DataBank’s CEO. “Upgrades to the data center allow us to address existing client demand and attract new customers that need the high quality DataBank service levels we have built our reputation upon. This is an important milestone for us as we look toward development of additional high quality datacenter space within the market.”
