Autumn Salama serves as Vice President of Cloud Operations at DataBank, where she leads cloud service strategy and operational execution, delivering secure, scalable solutions to enterprise clients across DataBank's North American facilities.

With nearly two decades of IT and cloud infrastructure experience, Autumn has held senior leadership roles spanning product management, customer success, engineering, and service delivery. She previously served as Chief Integration Officer at Evolve IP, leading complex M&A integrations, and held executive positions at Secure-24 and Symmetry managing critical infrastructure operations.

Autumn holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduating summa cum laude. Her leadership is defined by a passion for process optimization, collaboration, and continuous improvement and building teams and systems that drive growth and resilience.

Scott Palsgrove

Scott Palsgrove, Vice President of Sales - Northeast, DataBank

Scott Palsgrove is the Vice President of Managed Services Sales at DataBank, a role he has held since May 2019. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive experience in strategic sales and management within the cloud and data center sectors to drive managed services initiatives.

Prior to joining DataBank, Scott served as Vice President of Sales and General Manager of New Jersey at Cologix, Inc., where he led a specialized sales team focused on complex solutions. His tenure at Cologix saw him progress through various sales and engineering roles, starting as Sales/Marketing Manager and advancing to Executive Vice President of Sales.

Scott holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from County College of Morris. His educational background, combined with his professional experience, underscores his expertise in the technology and telecommunications industries.
