First Ever Securitization in Enterprise Data Center Colocation Environment
DataBank breaks ground on its third data center in Minnesota, MSP3, located in Brooklyn Park. MSP3 will be a Tier III designed-certified data center located on 14 acres of land purchased from Scannell Properties in 2020. Phase 1 of this development will include a new 86,000 sq. ft. data center facility and will be master-planned for Phase 2, which includes an additional 170,000 sq. ft. of data center space. Phase 1 is on track to be ready for service in September 2021.
