DataBank Hires New CFO

Highly skilled strategist Kevin Ooley brings DataBank over 20 years of experience

Dallas – October 19, 2011 – DataBank Holdings Inc., a leading colocation provider based in North Texas, announced today the hiring of Kevin Ooley, who is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Ooley will be providing DataBank with both financial management and high-level organizational strategy.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Ooley has continually delivered extensive shareholder value through the creation and implementation of a number of growth and operational strategies. Prior to joining DataBank in 2011, Mr. Ooley served as CFO of Thompson Media Group. Prior to Thompson, Mr. Ooley served as Principal at Lovett Miller & Co., a growth capital private equity firm based in Florida. He was also a Director of Strategy for iXL Enterprises and a Manager in Accenture’s Strategic Services practice.
